Imagine pressing pause on the noise of everyday life and stepping into a landscape so powerful it instantly grounds and inspires you. From Wednesday, October 28 – Tuesday, November 3, 2026, join me in Moab, Utah for a transformative Yoga & Hiking Retreat where towering red rock formations, endless skies, and intentional movement create the perfect space to reset.

You will travel to Arches National Park, just minutes away, a landscape of sculpted sandstone, unbelievable arches created from wind and erosion with sweeping desert views. You can hike, pause for quiet reflection, and observe a deep sense of connection to the spaces and beauty of these iconic views. Moments of peace and balance are essential, and this retreat offers both through stress-relieving yoga along the way, space to pause for meditation, and journaling practices that cultivate mental clarity and calm.

Our next stop will be Canyonlands National Park to explore iconic trails that invigorate the body while enjoying awe-inspiring views. Other key excursions will be sunset at Dead Horse Point and Corona Arch, both outside the National Parks but close enough from where you are staying (townhomes in Moab).

You will enjoy nourishing meals provided by our chef, Julia, that include yummy breakfasts, hiking lunches of creative healthy choices to pack for your hikes, a delicious welcome dinner and sunset picnic to share while we connect with one another.

Just as meaningful is the sense of community—an uplifting retreat family of like-minded souls who connect, support, and inspire one another. This is more than a getaway -- it’s a mindful escape and a powerful return to balance in one of the most awe-inspiring places on Earth.
