Morning Movement and Meditation

45 minute Zoom or In Person practice that includes movement, yoga and meditation to get your day started in a positive and uplifting way. Moving first thing in the morning gets your energy and Prana circulating, jumpstarts your body and calms the mind to prepare for your day. This class is regularly scheduled 8:00 - 8:45 EST. Instructions for joining will be in that day's confirmation email (note the date if you register for multiple days as the zoom link will change). All levels are welcome.
