From energizing Yoga Flow and Sculpt to grounding practices like Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and guided meditation, I offer live and Zoom sessions, private 1:1s, corporate wellness programs, and workshops that are as motivating as they are accessible. My teaching goes beyond the mat—every session is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, build strength from the inside out, and create space for joy and calm in your daily life.

Sherri D’Argenio, RYT 200/300 certified yoga instructor, Yoga Alliance member, and SUP Yoga and First Aid/CPR certified, brings a deeply personal and transformative approach to every class she leads. Her journey through appendix cancer awakened a profound connection to yoga and meditation—tools that helped her rediscover strength, stability, and gratitude in every moment, both joyful and challenging. Sherri’s classes are designed to meet every student exactly where they are, regardless of experience, body type, or background, offering a safe space to grow, heal, and reconnect. With a background in corporate training and wellness, she blends empathy and insight to guide others toward clarity, calm, and renewed energy—on and off the mat. Beyond the studio, Sherri also leads powerful yoga and adventure retreats in breathtaking locations, where students unplug, recharge, and rediscover themselves in nature. These retreats offer more than just movement—they create space for deep reflection, lasting connection, and extraordinary personal breakthroughs.
